Dunecht Riding Club provides a wide range of horse riding experiences for all levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, we have something for you! We strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment where riders of all ages can develop their skills and confidence.
Dunecht Riding Club – DRC - is a new concept that has been set up on the wonderful Dunecht Estate, where there has been a long history of equine activity. DRC has the privilege of renting a club house on the estate along with a field for equine activities such as dressage; Show Jumping and Working Hunter. DRC also has a fabulous old fashioned Hunter Pace / Cross country course, which rambles through parts of the estate in a more traditional form with tracks and jump efforts as opposed to the more modern field layouts seen in other venues today. We believe these facilities are quite unique and special in the North East of Scotland and can serve the local equine community well.
Our ethos is to train in all disciplines, to all ages regardless of the aptitude of horse and rider. We can help riders achieve their goals with their steeds by providing good coaching and encouragement in the form of camps, training days, and rallies. We want to encourage riders to grow in confidence and ability whilst at the same time, to have fun and enjoy the journey. It’s not about the end goal, it’s about how one gets there.
